1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the PoleRise app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms include the Platform Guidelines, which provide specific rules for students and instructors. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, as it involves payment transactions and legal responsibilities. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
4. Instructor Inactivity Policy
If an instructor does not log in for 30 consecutive days, their profile may be marked as "Inactive." When marked Inactive: Your profile and videos will no longer be visible to new students on search or browsing pages. Existing students who have previously purchased your videos will still retain full access. You can restore your visibility at any time simply by logging back into your account.
5. Content Ownership and Usage Rights
Students:
Any content you submit (e.g., questions, feedback) remains your property. However, you grant PoleRise the right to use, reproduce, and display this content as necessary to operate and improve the App.
Instructors:
By uploading videos or other content to the App, you grant PoleRise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and make minor technical modifications (e.g., formatting adjustments) to your content as necessary to operate the App, promote the platform, and improve its features and services. These permissions support the continued development of new features and improved learning experiences across the platform. Once uploaded, content cannot be permanently deleted from the platform, regardless of whether it is in draft or published form. However: - You may edit your content at any time. - You may mark content as deleted in your account, which hides it from your profile and from all new students. - Students who have already purchased your videos will retain lifetime access to them, even after deletion or account termination. However, question submission and instructor interaction will only remain available within 60 days of purchase or until the student marks the video as completed — whichever comes first. If you wish to request permanent deletion of your video content from the platform, and no students have ever purchased the video, you may contact us at general@polerise.app. Upon verification, we will assist with complete removal. If your account is terminated, any previously purchased videos will remain accessible to students under the conditions above. After the 60-day interaction window ends or the student marks the video as completed (whichever comes first), your remaining earnings will be settled and transferred to your linked payout method, and your account will be fully deleted from all public-facing areas. PoleRise may also retain anonymized data derived from your content indefinitely for analytical and service improvement purposes.
6. Fees and Payments
Students:
You agree to pay the fees for services as outlined in the App. All prices are in USD. Each fee includes access to available Quick Tips and the ability to ask questions. Questions must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. After this period, the question submission feature within the App will be deactivated, and any ongoing conversations will be automatically closed.
Instructors:
You will receive earnings based on the pricing you set for each video in the "Watch, Ask, Improve" section, after PoleRise deducts a platform fee. Earnings will be credited once a student marks the video as completed, or after 60 days from the purchase date—whichever comes first. Payments will be processed according to the App's payout schedule. You may request a payout once your available balance reaches USD 20 or above. The platform will cover standard third-party payment processing and payout fees. However, you may still be responsible for currency exchange differences and any applicable local taxes, depending on your payout method and country of residence. If your account is scheduled for termination or deletion, you must withdraw your available balance before the account is closed. Once the account is deleted, any remaining funds in your balance will no longer be accessible or retrievable. Please ensure to request payout in time to avoid forfeiting your remaining balance.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds are available for any paid services. Students are encouraged to review video details carefully before purchasing.
8. Health and Medical Advice
Pole dancing is a physically demanding activity. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in pole dancing activities through the App. PoleRise does not provide medical advice, and any content provided through the App should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. You acknowledge that your participation is at your own risk and that PoleRise and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or health-related issues arising from such activities.
9. Prohibition of Alcohol and Drugs
You agree not to consume alcohol or use any illegal drugs before or during any pole dancing activities, whether learning or teaching through the App. PoleRise is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from such use.
10. Personal Property
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings and equipment while using the App for learning or teaching. PoleRise is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.
11. Physical Activity Risks
Pole dancing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, such as injury. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and using proper equipment while learning or teaching through the App. PoleRise is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during your participation, whether you are a student or an instructor. Similarly, instructors are not liable for injuries sustained by students, and students are not liable for injuries sustained by instructors.
13. Intellectual Property Protection
The design, functionality, and operational model of the PoleRise App are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our platform's design, features, or business model may result in legal action by PoleRise.
14. Termination
You may request to terminate your account at any time via the App's account settings. Upon termination, your instructor profile will be removed from all public areas of the platform, and you will no longer be able to access any uploaded content or teaching features. Previously purchased videos will remain available to enrolled students for viewing, in accordance with Section 5. However, students can no longer submit new questions after the 60-day interaction period ends. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining earnings before your account is permanently deleted. Once deletion is complete, earnings can no longer be retrieved. PoleRise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PoleRise does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content. You use the App at your own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances that may affect your experience:
- Changes in the instructor's account status, such as account deletion, which may prevent access to questions or content.
- The instructor's inability to respond due to personal circumstances, such as illness, technical issues, or scheduling conflicts.
- External events beyond PoleRise's control, such as natural disasters or global emergencies, that impact the instructor's ability to provide services.
16. Limitation of Liability
PoleRise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
18. Changes to Terms
PoleRise may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

20. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PoleRise harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
22. Force Majeure
PoleRise will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
23. Legal Entity and Contact Information

12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Upload or claim ownership of videos or content that you did not create or do not have the rights to use.
